Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange my T-Shirt/Hoodie/Tank Top?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your order as our production partner doesn’t accept returns/exchanges. Instead, we can offer you a coupon code so you can buy the right size at a discounted price.

Q: Wrong address, could you please change it?

A: Sure, just send us your new address and we’ll change it for you (if the order is not shipped yet / if the order gets shipped you will have to wait for it to return back to our production partner and then we will update the address and send it back to you but you will have to pay the shipping fee again).

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Our orders are processed in 1-3 business days and are shipped in 3 – 5 business days as well. On average our orders are fulfilled and delivered in 7 days or less.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Before your item has been shipped and fulfilled, yes. Usually within an hour. Please contact me. Note: I send orders for production almost immediately, so please contact me ASAP if there are any errors.

Q: The tracking information says that my order was delivered, but it’s not here.

A: Please consider contacting your neighbors; sometimes USPS delivers the package to the wrong address and there is nothing we can do in this regard, but the order is 90% of the time at one of your neighbors.

Q: It’s been a long time and I didn’t receive my order. I want a refund.

A: We’re sorry to hear this. We will check the situation with our print provider and get back to you with a solution ASAP.
